Hiss Golden Messenger—the North Carolina-based project of Michael C Taylor—has released his new album titled I’m People via Chrysalis Records. Written across New Mexico, California, and North Carolina, and recorded in a decommissioned church in upstate New York, the album was co-produced by Taylor and Josh Kaufman and features a wide range of collaborators including Bruce Hornsby, Sam Beam, and Marcus King.
